  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

  • We currently ship within Egypt only.

  • Delivery is handled by our trusted shipping partner Bosta.

🚛 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days after order processing.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier workload, or unforeseen delays.

💰 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking system.

🏠 Accurate Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

📦 Failed or Returned Deliveries

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues (incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to receive), it may be returned to us.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.

🔄 Refund & Return Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and unused.

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days using the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
